I was a normal real estate agent in Dubai. Selling homes with broken information — developer pitches, colleague opinions, and one word that appeared in every conversation:

'Best.'

Every project was the best. Every location was the best. I couldn't take that word anymore.

So I started reading data. DXB Terminal reports, DLD transactions, market analysis. The information existed — but it was built for finance professionals, not for people actually making property decisions.

Then one morning, a client told me the market would correct. I argued back confidently — defending Dubai's 2040 vision.

After I hung up, I realised something. I had just argued with a man who runs multiple organisations, invests across tech, travel and beyond — and has access to the best advisors in the world.

That was the moment I knew — I needed to know more than I was told.

I stopped selling. I started building.

For every realtor tired of guessing. For every family trying to find the right community. For every overseas investor who deserves the same intelligence as the institutions.
